Our Campus

Treasure Coast Flight Training Campus

Treasure Coast Flight Training is the only school around that utilizes state of the art board desks. Instead of an instructor needing to draw on a erase board in front of other students, this approach enhances the one on one personal service and makes each lesson more graphic and memorable.

Our FAA approved simulators allow students to enhance their skills from the comfort of our classrooms.  By taking advantage of these state of the art simulators, you will have the opportunity to become safer more competent pilots and do so while saving money.  The FAA allows students to log up to 2.5 hours of time towards your PPL and 10 hours towards your instrument rating.  You can also log your instrument currency in it as well.  Some of the other advantages of the simulators include:

  • Start your flight on the ground at any airport or in the air

  • Fly day or night in VFR or IFR conditions

  • Practice aircraft failures and emergency procedures

  • Shoot instrument approaches to minimums at any airport in the world

  • Practice cross-country flights to unfamiliar airports before you get in the airplane

Treasure Coast Flight Training is also a CATS Testing Center. This means that when its time to take any of your FAA written tests, you can just register for the test at our front desk and take it in the next room.

Treasure Coast Flight Training is proud of its attractive, and well-equipped South Florida Training Center, perfect for training and aircraft rental. Offices, lounges, and classrooms are comfortable and inviting and provide all of the amenities. Ground and briefing sessions are taught in clean, air-conditioned classrooms. Pre-flight facilities are state-of-the-art with computer generated weather services and flight planning. TCFT provides its students with unlimited access to the internet and the most current weather data is available. Features include “in-motion” radar images and local/regional/national outlooks. TCFT even offers the most advanced flight training technology which allows students and instructors to review the flights in 3D over area maps after each session. This allows the students to reflect on the flight and truly learn from each experience.

At TCFT, you will learn to fly at a Class D towered airport with regular business jet aircraft arrivals and departures. This will prepare you for the real world environment a professional pilot experiences each day.  Consistently talking to an aircraft controller will not only help you to master pilot communications and make you a better pilot, but it also offers the highest level of safety available.

Witham Field Stuart Airport offers 3 runways (all in different directions) which makes takeoffs and landings safer.  The airport is also equipped with instrument approaches which allows you save money by training for your instrument rating at your home airport. It also enables you to return and land at your home airport when the weather is poor.

The Treasure Coast Flight Training aircraft ramp is located right behind our building making your walks to and from the aircraft easy for each student.
