International Pilot Shortage

With thousands of pilots set to retire in the next 2-5 years, the aviation industry is preparing for a shortage of pilots. Airline Pilot Central estimates, “Of the current active pilots, about 30,800 of them are due to retire before 2030.” It seems the number of graduates is disproportionate to the openings for a career as a professional pilot.

This is great news for our students! With high demand, comes high pay. In just the next two years alone, pilots could see up to 10% higher starting salaries. The shortage, coupled with negotiations currently in progress is sure to set a new standard for income as a professional pilot.

Start your training today to become one of the lucky few who will be available to fill these open positions!
